Different rights for members | up |
In Easy2Coach you will have the opportunity to assign different roles to each member of your club. Each role will have different rights in regards to reading and writing. In order to adjust the user rights in your team just click on the left module "Settings" and then on the sub entry "Rights". Here is a general overview of the standard rights corresponding to each group:
- Coaches: The coaches have unlimited access to all Easy2Coach Interactive functions. The cashier functions are the only ones they can not access unless they are registered as cashiers as well.
- Players: The players basically have read-only options for certain data. They do not have access to zones such as "External players", "Former players", "Opponents" and "Settings". They can not access their own player data either. The players can finalize the training session in the "Training days" zone.
- Representatives: The representatives basically have read-only options for certain data. They do not have access to zones uch as "External players", "Former players", "Opponents" and "Settings". A representative will have read-only rights to relevant player data such as contract details.
- Fans: We understand a fan as someone who is not involved with the club yet interested in it such as parents or relatives of the players. Therefore they will only have read-only access to limited content. They can visualize general game data, training days, other calendar dates as well as scores.
If you have more than one team within your club, e.g. first team, second team, junior A, it is recommended to link these teams to each other. This will allow you to add players from one team (eg Junior-A) as external players for training units of another team (eg first team) or even for game days. This will allow you to broaden the statistics with the data from other teams, so you can obtain your players development level even as they play for different teams.
To link a team please do the following:
- Once you have selected the "Settings" tab from the navigation bar on the left, click on the "Links" tab you will find on the right.
- Enter your team name in the first place (eventually the proper name of the team). With each letter you introduce, the search field will indicate a list of all the teams on Easy2Coach Interactive.
- Then just choose the corresponding club, e.g Junior-A, second team, etc.
- Then click on "Send application".
If you are the main person in charge of the team you wish to link, this will be done automatically. Otherwise the other team managers will recieve an email with the application that he or she will have to confirm.
