What do the cup games contain? | up |
In cup games you can create and manage all the data related to the games during a season. You can also establish your lineup and team tactics. There are also a series of statistics that are generated automatically.
Where do I find the cup games category? | up |

After clicking on "cup games" in the navigation bar to the left you will see a "General overview" link in the navigation zone that pops up. After clicking on "General Overview" you will be able to visualize the following information on the right:
- You will now see all the cup games created this season in a table format. Here you will have the option to print the list or delete a game day. By clicking on "Delete" on a corresponding game day, all data related to that game day will be deleted. Keep in mind that there is no previous confirmation when deleting a game day.
- In the "Game statistics" tab you will find a general view of the seasons games including points, wins, losses, draws and remaining games. This statistic will only work if you introduce the results from individual points games.
- In the "Goal statistics" tab you will see a general overview of the exact moment that your team has scored or recieved a goal against. The goals scored appear in red while the goals against appear in blue. In the circular diagrams you will find a general overview of the creation process of both goals scored and goals against. The different types of goal are represented with different colors. In the explanation of the goal types the percentage distribution is also taken into account. - In the "Game statistics" tab you will have a compact general overview of the game stats, booking stats, goal stats and the assist stats represented in a table.
Keep in mind that cup games are not divided between home and away games for the sake of clarity. The process to create or review games work but not in the same identical way.
To create cup games you will obviously require an opponent team. To view how to create an opponent, please click here.
- Click on the "New game" entry that you will find on the navigation bar to you left, easily recognizable by the green addition symbol. You will find this in both home and away games. Make your choice based on which game you wish to create, whether it is a home game or an away game.
- Indicate the number of this game day.
- Select an opponent.
- Select the date in which this game will take place.
- Create a return game (2nd leg) when necessary. Please activate the "Return game" by ticking the activation box.
- Confirm these entries by clickin on the "Save" button. You will now be able to view the games on the navigation bar to the left under either home games or away games.
To delete a game day you will have two options:
Possibility #1:
- Select the "cup games" entry from the navigation bar on the left.
- Click on "General overview".
- You can now view all the cup games on a table format. In the last column you will find a link called "Delete".
- Delte the game of your choice here.
- Confirm you wish to delete by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up window.
Possibility #2:
- Select the "cup games" entry from the navigation bar on the left.
- Click on the game you wish to delete.
- On the right hand side of the text entry fields you will click on "Delete".
- Confirm you wish to delete by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up window.
To modify data such as the date of a game for example, choose the corresponding game day from the navigation bar to the left. On the right hand side you can review all the entries and confirm them by clicking on the "Save" button.
Enter/review score including goals | up |
Based on the goals registered, Easy2Coach will generate a series of statistics. For this reason we recomment you enter all goals upon their completion.
- Choose the corresponding game day from the menu on the left.
- Choose the first tab named according to the game day.
- In the "Game day" zone you will fiind "Results".
- Now introduce the final score as well as the score at half time.
- When you click on the "Record goal" link a text entry zone will open up for each goal.
- Click on the "Record goal" link once per each goal.
- Now indicate the minute the goal was scored, the score after the goal and the type of goal.
- If it was a goal against activate the "Goal against" field.
- Store the goals by clicking on "Save".

To create a game lineup, Easy2Coach Interactive uses the list of players that you have
created in the "Players" entry.
- Choose the game day of your choice from the tab to your left.
- Go to the "Lineup" tab on the right of your screen.
- Select a lineup that has already been created or tick the verification box "Free lineup". In this case you will be able to move their positions on the field as you wish by using the drag & drop.
- Extract the players from the right hand side with the mouse and place them to the corresponding position on the playing field or to the bench (Drag&Drop).
- Confirm the lineup by clicking on "Save".
Additionally you will have the possibility to adopt lineups to past game days. Simply choose the game day from the tab on the right and the lineup from that day will automatically be adopted for the actual game day.
If you wish to add external players to your formation, click on the "Additional players" link on the right next to field of play. In order to view the "Additional players" your team must be vinculated to at least one other team. To view how to vinculate your team with another one, please click here.
Review an opponents lineup | up |
In the tab "Opponents lineup" you will be able to view the opponent’s lineup. Please keep in mind that you can only view an opponent’s lineup under the Opponent navigation point.

Add a player rating for a game day | up |
Based on each player’s game day individual ratings, Easy2Coach Interactive generates a series of statistics. Therfore it is important to indicate things such as substitutions, bookings, etc. in the most accurate manner for each player.
- Select the corresponding game day from the navigation bar on the left.
- Select the "Players" tab. You will view all the players included in the lineup in a table format.
- Now click on each player. Under the table you will find entry fields where you can add your player ratings.
- Enter the details and a comment if you would like and confirm these entries by clicking on "Save".
You will be able to modify this data at any moment. To do so just go back to the "Players" tab, select a player from the table and edit the details. Confirm these changes by clicking on "Save".

The message blackboard | up |
On the tab you will find a function that is a message blackboard for all players. Here you, your players and their representatives will be able to write messages on the blackboard and make them available to fans if you wish to do so.
To enter a new message just click on "Write message on blackboard" and fill out the text field with the message. Click on "Send" to post your message. To delete an entry on the message blackboard just click on the "Delete" button underneath the message you wish to delete.
To make the message blackboard visible to fans (read only mode) just go to the "Review" function that is under the message blackboard and select the "Make visibile to fans" option on the upper right side.
In the penultimate tab "Tactics" you will have the possibility to draw tactics for the gam with the Easy2Coach animation tool.
