The possible problem

Lately we have heard of problems logging in to www.easy2coach.net. Since the causes can be of various kinds, we have created a guide to help provide possible solutions.

If you come up with other solutions or ideas we would be glad to hear them from you via email.

Have you installed new programs that have internet access?

up

We are referring to file-sharing software from third party providers that you may have installed consciously or unconsciously. An example would be the Yahoo toolbar, which is automatically installed when you upgrade Internet Explorer to the new IE8.

How can I check the programs installed on my browser?

up

In IE8: Click on the menu and select "Tools -->Manage complements". If you find toolbars or other programs from third parties you should be able to deactivate them from here and find out if they were the cause of the issues you experienced.

In Firefox: Click on the menu and select "Tools --> Complements --> Extensions". Here you should also be able to deactivate unnecessary programs. Programs that impede you from logging in, such as "Ad-Block-Plus", "Toolbars" (e.g. AskToolbar, Yahoo Toolbar, etc.), "Google Shortcuts"

Are cookies activated in my browser?

up

Here is how to find out:

In IE8: Click on the menu "Tools-->Internet options-->Privacy-->Advanced options". Here you will have to accept cookies.

In Firefox: Click on the menu "Tools-->Options-->Privacy". Firefox will create a chronicle or accept cookies manually.

Which firewall / anti-virus am I using?

up

There are certain firewalls that block access to many different pages. A very prominent example would be the "Kaspersky Internet Security." Turn off the firewall for a brief moment, and then try to log on to Easy2Coach. If the login works without problems, then the firewall blocks the redirection to the site. In the firewall configuration you can directly accept the web pages you want your firewall to allow.

Delete cookies

up

You can delete the cookies in your browser by pressing the "Ctrl+F5" keys (hold down Ctrl and press F5).

Try different browsers

up

Please try to log in using both Internet Explorer as well as Firefox before raising issues that could be solved with that.
