Build-up of a goal and one starting cone besides which all players line-up.
The player lifts-up the ball and shoots the ball with a powerful volley into the goal.
- When uplifting the ball, the triggered foot automatically goes under the ball and then will be uplifted with the side of the foot.
- During the volleyed strike the upper torso is leaning forward. The ball will be shot on a higher level (not too high). Like this the ball will be played fast, tight and very precise.
