2v2 Closing down, high pressure

    2 groups, always changing pairs for variation.

    Make sure both groups get to do defending and attacking the same amount of time.

  • Process

    Defenders play a tough ball into the body of attackers, Put high pressure straight away ( dont overrun ).

    Stall attackers from scoring opportunity.

    Attackers, try to get a finish away within 10 seconds.

Technique:

Trapping, Ball control, Ballskill (Touch on the ball)

Passing [One touch passes, Long passing]

Shot technique/shooting [Laces, Outside of the foot]
