Chelsea pattern passing

    4 even lines with two players on the middle marker.

  • Process

    pattern passing sequence in which the ball travels diagonally through the area (via a double pass) and then travels vertically to the other line(X/O). the players follow their pass "up a spot". both lines are operating simultaneously which creates a lot of "traffic".

  • Tip

    work to establish a rhytm and timing as the ball travels across the area. can add an additional exchange at the far end as they grow comfortable with the exercise.
