Circuit Agility (Jump, balance,dive and pass)

    7 Hula hoops + 4 Half sticks 

  • Process

    1- P1 on hula hoops, will start with jump+footwork (1,2,1,2,1) then he will balance his body on the steps to execute a front volley x 2.

    2- P1 Will start with skipping over the sticks back and forward until settle up the position, taking the step over the stick to attack the ball on diagonal dive mid-height.

    3- P1 will start with a front volley+ side skipping then will execute a pass to P2 between the cones (Strenght of pass + Precision)
