    ORGANIZATION:

    20m x 6m (2 lanes 6m apart) 

    Tall Cone, Ladder,and Mini goal (as shown)

    Players in groups of 5-8

    Multiple Grids/Stations may be necessary 

  • Process

    (lanes can be used for dynamic at the start of training)

     

    OBJECTIVE:

    Technical Warm Up with Non Reactive Agility integrated 

     

    PROCEDURE:

    - Players perform designated techincal/agility exercise 

    - Repeat Variation x2 each

    - Players switch sides after each completed circuit

     

    VARIATIONS (A/B/C):

    - Right Dribble/Left Dribble/RWB

    - Inside Outside Right/ Inside Outside Left/RWB

    - Inside Touches/Toe Taps/RWB

    - BCK Inside Touches/ BCK Toe Taps/RWB

    - Inside-Outside/Turn (x2)/ RWB
