    OBJECTIVE

Improve turning and shielding technique in order to turn away from pressure to maintain possession.

    COACHING POINTS:
    - Dribble aggressively towards the center zone (approach correct side of cones) - Keep the ball close
    - Time the turn before the cone (not too close/too far)
    - Turn quickly and 180 degrees (movement should be sharp)
    - Do not turn into the cone (hide the ball)
    - Change of pace & change of speed after performing the turn

    - Use your body to protect the ball after turning. Body must be between DF and ball in order to shield properly
