    OBJECTIVE

    - Improve ball feeling when striking the ball (weight of touch, surface of contact, control, staying centered on the ball, etc...) 

     

    PROCEDURE

    - Players working on designated juggling technique

     

    VARIATIONS

    Different Surfaces - Thighs only, Head only, inside foot, outside foot, shoulder, combination b/t different surfaces (i.e. lace/inside, lace/outside, header/shoulder, etc..)

    Types - High/low, Moving across distance, No spin, Partner
