    two even teams that will allow 4v4 or 5v5 and preferably two GKs (can also be done with small goals).

    4v4 or 5v5 directional exercise. every time the ball goes over the endline (goal, goal kick, corner kick). a new team comes on with the ball.

  • Tip

    emphasis is on defensive starting positions and 1v1 defending.

    dimensions will vary depending on the numbers and the focus.
