A box is required. One player starts at each box, three players start at the start cone. The ball is with the group of 3.
The drill starts at the cone with three players. A pass is played to the receiver who comes towards the ball (1).
The team mate then lays off the ball (2).
The starting player passes the ball cross-field to the next player (3) etc.
In principle: long ball - lay off - cross-field ball The passer and player laying off the ball swap positions.
The sequence repeats itself continuously.
Alternative: The drill can startwith 2 balls at the same time. Both diagonally opposite positions must have at least 2 players.
