    Split field into 4 zones starting from the team's GK 30 m - 20 m - 30 m - 20 m 11 v 11 4-3-3 v 3-4-3 formations

     

  • Process

    Team needs to make 4 passes in each zone before it can progress into next zone. The players in the advanced zone can act as bouncers with 1 touch. zone 1 to 2 - 2 DM transfer and opposition's 2 CM zone 2 to 3 - 2 AM transfer and opposition's 1 DM. When in Zone 3 after 4 passes the team can now score.
