    3 grids with middle grid being the river. 4 v 4 with a player in each end grids to act as a bouncer to create a numerical advantage (5v4).

  • Process

    Team makes 4-5 passes in the grid then transfers ball to player in other grid and continues process.

    20-30 m x 20-30 m with 10-20 m river
