  • Process

    The drill starts on the high left corner 1*.

    1. The blue player passes to the yellow player.

    The yellow player gives the ball back with a one touch pass.

    Yellow player runs to position 2*

    2. When the blue player recives back the ball, he passes the ball to the green player who is at position 3*

    Then runs to position 2*.

    3.The green player waits untill the blue player is at position 2* then passes the ball to the blue player, blue player with one touch pass back to the green player.

    After the the blue player goes to position 3*

    4.In the meantime, the yellow player is also at position 2*.

    After the blue player passes the ball to the green player, the green player passes imediatly to the yellow player, and the yellow player plays the ball back to the green player.

    The yellow player runs to position 4*.

    5. The green player plays the ball to the blue player at position 1* and runs to position 4*.

    The blue player waits untill the green player is at position 4* then passes the ball to the green player, green player with one touch pass back to the blue player. After the the green player goes to position 1*

    6.In the meantime, the yellow player is also at position 4*.

    And the drill starts again from the beinning.
