Short,Short, Long

  • Organisation

    3 players. 2 are positioned about 5 yards apart. One is appx 20-30 yd away (depending on skill level).
  • Process

    Long pass followed by long passer. Receiver settles ball, plays to runner and receives back. Repeat.
  • Tip

    Players will tend to get closer as exercise progresses. Make sure they keep a long pass. Players should not position themselves ahead of ball prior to long pass.
