    Teams of 5 defend each goal

    One team of 5 attack the net, when goalie saves or if dispossessed, defense tries to score by getting through wide gates at midfield line.

    Process then switches to other side

  • Tip

    For higher tempo and more difficulty for defenders, use 5v8 with 2 attacking 8&10 in defense and make the group transition to defending EITHER net
