See graphic: The defenders takes the position at the right post of their goal. Each of the defenders has one ball.

Process of this football drill

On call of the coach, player A starts moving into the field and plays a hard pass to the approaching forward and follows the ball. Player B moves towards the ball, controls it and tries to score a goal. If the defender wins the ball he counterattacks to the opposite goal. The team with the most goals wins.
