Materials:
Balls, cones, bibs, 2 goals

Process of this football drill

Spread the players in two even teams. The playing field is divided in two halves and the balls are spread to the goals. The teams are positioned next to the goals they defend. The coach calls a number, e.g. “3”. As fast as possible three player of each team run into the field and play 3 versus 3. The set is finished after one team scored or the ball has left the playing field. After a finished set the players leave the playing field as quickly as possible and queue up again. Now the coach calls the next number, e.g. “5”.
