  • Organisation

    An area with one goal on each side. Two team with choosable number of players and perhaps one extra attacking player.

  • Process

    Each team are defending two goals, dicide in the beginning wich goals each team will defend. Regular game.

  • Tip

    Adjust the number of players to fit your purpose with the training and the level of your players.

  • Field size

    30 x 30 meters.
