Two players build a pair and each pair has one ball. The players spread pairwise across field, keeping enough distance to the next pair. One player of the pairs is on the ball and has to defend it against his opponent. Change the rolls after a short period of time.
As a variation you can limit the playing fields for each of the pairs.
Materials: 4 cones
Organisation: <p>3 Zones approximately 30x30 total split into to 10x30 sections. 3 teams of 4 players in each zone.</p>
Process: <p>Objective is to pass ball between the outer zones by splitting the center zone defenders. If defenders intercept, the offending team transitions into the defensive zone while the intercepting team replaces them in the offensive zone. Defensive team may not leave their zone.</p>

Process: The players juggle the ball and steadily increase their number of touches of the ball. The exercise takes the following steps:
