    Materials: Each group has one ball and two cones


  • Process

    The players build pairs. Each pair has one ball and two cones. The pairs spread across the field, keeping enough distance to the next pair. Each group sets up a small goal with the cones. The first player (without ball) has to defend his goal, the second one on the ball tries to dribble through the goal. Change the rolls after a short period of time (max. 2min.). You can vary the level of difficulty by making the playing field smaller or bigger
