  • Organisation

    Materials: Each player a ball, cones and two goals

  • Process

    The coach chooses one defender who is positioned 20-25m in front of the goal. The other players are with their balls at around 30-35m in front of the goal.

    The players move towards the defender and try to dribble past him with a trick with the aim to score a goal. Change the defender after one set.

    Variations:

    - The defender moves at the beginning only on one line

    - The defender has only a limited area to defend

    - The defender can move freely

  • Tip

    If you have two or more goalies, you can perform this drill in two groups on two goals to avoid long waiting times.

Ballskill (Touch on the ball), Trapping, Ball control, Dribbling, Shot technique/shooting

Passing [One touch passes, Wall passes, Passing in a triangle, Short passing, Long passing]


Tactics:

Positional play, Defensive/Offensive play, Attacking with focus on offsides
