    Materials: Balls, cones, 2 goals, bibs

     

  • Process

    Set up two goals with a distance of 30m with one goalie each. Spread he players to at least three teams with 4 players. Two teams play 5min against each other on the field. The players of the third team wait at the side line of the field. Within the field a normal match takes place with the option for the team on the ball to play with the players at the side line (wall players). After a goal or when the ball leaves the field it is the goalie

Technique:

Feinting/trick dribbling, Trapping, Ballskill (Touch on the ball), Ball control, Passing, Dribbling, Running technique with/without ball

Shot technique/shooting [Laces, Outside of the foot, Inside of the foot]


Tactics:

Attacking with focus on offsides, Defensive/Offensive play

Games plays [Overlapping]


Condition:

Fitness program, Variable intervals, Speed of movement with ball, Explosiveness, Speed of movement off the ball, Speed endurance

Strength [Power & Speed, Strength endurance]
