Ball control main point I

  • Organisation

    See graphic: 2 teams take the positions in front of the goal as shown in the graphic. The players at the goal do have a ball.

     

     

  • Process

    The players A pass to B who control the pass, encircle the cones and pass the ball to the players C. The players C control the pass in the movement and try to score a goal from the shooting line. After this all players change to the next position.

Technique:

Feinting/trick dribbling, Trapping, Ballskill (Touch on the ball), Ball control, Dribbling, Passing

Shot technique/shooting [Inside of the laces passing, Outside of the foot, Inside of the foot]


Tactics:

Defensive/Offensive play [One On One, Quick transitioning (offense to defense), Quick transitioning (defense to offense), One on one, Pushing]


Condition:

Speed of movement off the ball

Coordination & Speed Training, Quick understanding of danger, Quick decisioning
