Combined juggling techniques I

  • Organisation

    One ball per player.
  • Process

    The players drop the ball from their hands. When the ball rises the players then knock the ball back into their hands without the ball touching the ground. The sequence flows as follows: right foot - catch - left foot - catch.
  • Tip

    - The ball should be struck with the laces. - Both feet should be used on after another. - The upper body should be held upright, the players should keep their eyes on the ball. - The standing leg should be slightly bent at the knee. - The leg playing the ball should also be slightly bent at the knee. The knee should also be raised slightly so that the player’s foot is free from the ground. - The ball should be struck 20 - 30 cm above the ground. - The arms remain at the side of the player’s body and should be bent at the elbows (similar to the position when carrying buckets of water) - The ball should be struck directly into the hands and not too high into the air.
