    3 roles - 5 players join the exercise. Rotation between them

  • Process

    1. Wing comes to receive the ball

    2. Plays two touch to get good orientation between the defenders 

    3. Striker plays back to midfielder

    4. Midfielder plays trough to the wing who goes behind the defense

Trapping, Ball control, Passing, Ballskill (Touch on the ball), Running technique with/without ball

Shot technique/shooting [Inside of the laces passing]
