    3 roles - 5 players join the exercise. Rotation between them

  • Process

    1. Wing comes to receive the ball

    2. Plays two touch to get good orientation between the defenders 

    3. Striker plays back to midfielder

    4. Midfielder plays trough to the wing who goes behind the defense

Technique:

Running technique with/without ball, Trapping, Ball control, Passing, Ballskill (Touch on the ball)

Shot technique/shooting [Inside of the laces passing]


Tactics:

Positional passing, Positional play


Condition:

Speed of movement off the ball, Speed of movement with ball
