Juggling Variations

    All players should have a ball in the 18-yard box
  • Process

    The players spread out in the 18-yard box and move the ball using the different juggling techniques called out from the coach. The following juggling techniques are available: - Left right alternating - Foot left/right, knee left/right - Foot/head/knee alternating left/right - Head - Knee left/right - Foot/knee/shoulder/head/shoulder/knee/foot - Left foot over the head, right foot over the head - Left foot right heel, right foot left heel - Laces right/left - Foot, head, chest, knee - Foot, knee, head, neck, heel, chest
  • Tip

    - The players should regularly raise their heads to avoid colliding with the other players. - Requires a high level of concentration. - The players shouldn’t strike the ball too hard. - Players should adjust their body to compensate for the differing flight of the ball. - The players’ toes should not be pointed upwards. - The players should not lean back too much. - Competition: Who can keep the ball up the longest? - These juggling techniques are intended for a group of players of advanced level.
