  • Organisation

    Setup a goal and a start cone and a layoff cone for the players. One ball per player. Goalkeepers in goal.
  • Process

    Juggling, Volleyed pass + shot at goal The players juggle, on the move, 2 – 4 times and then pass to the red player. The red player hits the ball first time sideways or to the back and side. The blue player must finish, with a volley first time.
  • Tip

    - Concentration is required with this technically demanding skill. - The ball should not be struck too high. - The timing of the pass and high precision in the pass are required.
