  • Process

  • Tip

    - The goalkeeper jumps forwards in the direction of the ball. The arms are stretched out above and the ball is caught at its highest point. The pushing-off leg is stretched out, the other leg is bent and pulled in to the body. -To support the take off, a small hurdle can be placed in front of the goalkeeper.
