  • Organisation

    The goalkeeper trainer stands with balls approximately 11-20 meters away from the goal. Roughly 8 meters away from the goal, a barrier is set up between the goal and the trainer, which is a meter off the ground and closed. The goalkeeper stands in the goal
  • Process

    The goalkeeper trainer shoots or throws the balls at the goal. He can shoot/throw the balls under, through, to the side of or over the barrier. 1: Curl the ball over the wall 2: Shoot the ball under the wall 3: Throw the ball over the wall Resources: 1 field goal
  • Tip

    : The goalkeeper sees the ball really late. As a result his response time is significantly reduced. -Because of the delay of the ball’s arrival into the goalkeeper’s field of vision and the delayed awareness of the trajectory, the goalkeeper also has significantly less time to calculate the move and is forced to anticipate quicker. - The goalkeeper’s aim is to hold onto the ball. If he’s unable to do this he should parry the ball to the side.
