  • Process

    The players move freely in a limited playing field (12 x 12m). Within the moving players the ball first is played with the hand. The players have to call before passing the name of the player who will receive the ball. This game serves to improve the team communication and for getting to know each other.

    Variations:

    - Play with two balls

    - Play with the feet

    - A short task for the players after passing, e.g. a short sprint away from the ball, some sidesteps, etc.

Technique:

Trapping, Ball control, Passing, Ballskill (Touch on the ball), Running technique with/without ball

Shot technique/shooting [Inside of the laces passing, Volley, Half-volley, Inside of the foot, Outside of the foot, Laces]


Tactics:

Speed endurance, Speed of movement with ball, Speed of movement off the ball
