    Materials: Balls, bibs, cones

  • Process

    The players are divided into two even teams. In a limited playing field (12x 12m) the players have to pass with their hands.

    The team on the ball tries to achieve 10 passes, counting the numbers loudly.

    After a team has passed 10 times without interception they get a point and the game continues. The defending teams tries to intercept the passes.

    There is no physical contact allowed. The ball possession changes when the ball touches the ground or leaves the playing field.

    Variations:

    - After a point the defending team is on the ball

    - Play with two balls

    - One-Two is not allowed

Technique:

Trapping, Dribbling, Ballskill (Touch on the ball), Shot technique/shooting

Passing [One touch passes, Wall passes, Passing in a triangle, Short passing, Long passing]


Tactics:

Defensive/Offensive play, Attacking with focus on offsides, Positional play


Condition:

Speed of movement off the ball, Speed endurance

Strength [Power & Speed, Strength endurance]


Co-Ordination:

Quick anticipation, Quick decisioning, Quick processing, Quickness of reaction, Quick understanding of danger
