Widht- and depth with zones

  • Organisation

    The field is devided into three vertical and three horisontal areas (see pic). Two teams, equal numbered, plus one extra attacking player. At least 4 v 4+1. Goals with goalkeepers on the shortlines.

  • Process

    The attacking team shall make sure to create width of the game by having one player in each wide-zone. And to create depth of the game by having one player creating depth in front of the player with the ball, and one player creating depth behind the player with the ball.

  • Tip

    Pause the game often to check if the attcking team fulfills the aim of play.

  • Field size

    At least 20 x 30 meters.

Technique:

Feinting/trick dribbling, Trapping, Ballskill (Touch on the ball), Ball control, Dribbling, Passing

Shot technique/shooting [Inside of the laces passing, Outside of the foot, Inside of the foot]


Tactics:
