Attacking team: #4, #5, #6, #10, #9, #7 & #11
Defending team: #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #8, #9, #10
Attacking team have to find 3 passes in each square before switching to the other one
After finding 3 passes in both and finding at least #10 once, they have to move the ball to the higher zone for the players in that zone + #10, to play a quick 4v4 to finish in goal
If defending team, recovers the ball the #9 will receive an air ball from the coach over the top of the #4 & #5 from the attacking team, to try to score.
After play is over, will restart with ball for the attacking team in one of the squares.
Explain the relationship of the players with the ball and with the movement of their team mates
