  • Process

    possession exercise where there is a 3-touch restriction. after 20 passes (not consecutive), the restriction is 2-touch. after 20 more passes, the restriction is 1-touch. the player is allowed an additonal touch on the turnover during 1-touch. first team to 20 passes with the 1-touch restriction wins.

  • Tip

    speed of play exercise with an emphasis on spacing/timing.

  • Field size

    dimensions vary dending on goals and numbers (6v6, 7v7, etc).
