    8v8, 7v7 or 9v9 space with an endzone - one on each end.

  • Process

    team is looking to play one of their teammtes into the endzone. tend to use touch and pass restrictions to reach objectives.

  • Tip

    emphasis on spacing and stressing the importance of the forward pass...the direction matters (goal). can also be used defensively to work on taking away the forward pass and encouraging the square ball.

  • Field size

    dimensions vary depending on numbers and objectives.
