    Goalkeepers will warm up their handling:

    - W Technique

    - Cup Technique

    - Scoop Technique (proper GK action of securing the ball)

    Progression 1

    After handling the ball safely (if not parried away), the Goalkeeper will look to play out to the receiving player (3/4).

    The Goalkeeper must support the distributed ball.

    Progression 2

    After handling the ball safely (if not parried away), the Goalkeeper will look to play out to the receiving player (3/4).

    The Goalkeeper will support the distributed ball.

    The defender will passively defend the receiving player (3/4) forcing the player to pass it back to the supporting Goalkeeper.
