Movement: Slalom back and forward

    P1 starts on basic position with a front volley, then realize a slalom back and forward between the sticks to end up diving to the side attacking the ball using the cone as a reference. Focus on movement technique, and hands position with the ball. 4 balls/each GK both sides.
