Three cones are laid out as shown. Two players stand at the starting cones, two players stand at the middle cones and at the cone nearest to the goal.
Process
A (1) passes to C at which point B moves 2 to 3 meters to the side to receive the pass from C (2) and then passes to D (3) with his first touch. The same combination of passes now flows in the other direction.
D passes (4) to A, who has now moved to the middle cone after his first pass. D runs to A after his pass, also to the middle cone. A lays the ball of in space for C to run onto. C has moved after pass 3 and now passes to player F (6). etc.
C follows the ball toF after his pass (6). A takes up the position from B and D takes over the position from D.
Now the same combination of passes flows again, starting at F.
