directional exercise to small or big goals. a restricted area is marked off within the playing area (typically in the shape of a diamond). the players can pass through, but the ball must go over or around the restricted area.
exercise encourages changing the point of attack. spacing is very important. vision and range of passing come into play very quickly. can be used to really stress and emphasize pressing as you can use the barrier of the restricted area.
