UNCP passing sequence

  • Organisation

passing sequence that emphasizes the movement ahead of the pass and pivoting the ball.

  • Process

pattern passing sequence where the players that originate with the ball follow their pass. The central player pivots the ball to the wide line. the player receiving the ball in the wide line sprints with the ball to the opposite end that the ball originated from.

  • Tip

really important to emphasize the movement centrally and wide. the timing is very important as it helps set up the progressions.

once the rhythm is established, introduce an exchange on the central cone. the next progression is an exchange at the wide sticks.

  • Field size

dimensions can vary depending on what all you want to accomplish.
