Requirements:
The players of Team 1, each with their own ball, are positioned on the top line of the pitch. Team 2 starts on the bottom line without a ball, so that every player has only one corresponding opponent.
Upon the coach’s whistle, Team 1 starts dribbling down the pitch, resulting in 2-6 separate 1 on 1 situations. Players should focus on their own matchup and not interfere with others.
The aim of the exercise is to dribble the ball across the pitch and over the opponent’s line. It is over once all the balls have left the area of play, or if 45 seconds have passed. Each ball that has successfully crossed the opponent’s line is worth one point. Attacking and defending teams alternate, and the team with the most points wins.
