Each player from Team 1 carries a ball and is assigned to an opponent from Team 2. Once the coach gives a signal, they start into the pitch, creating 4 separate 1 on 1 situations. Team 1 must try to keep possession, while Team 2 tries to win the ball. The players may not interfere with other player-pairs. After about 15-20 seconds, the coach gives a second signal. Whichever player currently has the ball must try to dribble it across the dotted line and through one of the training pole-goals on the other side of the pitch; meanwhile, the other player attempts to gain possession and do the same thing on their side. The exercise is complete, when the ball has gone out, through one of the training pole-goals, or if 45 seconds have passed. Subsequently, the teams switch starting possessions and repeat the exercise. Each ball that is successfully brought through the poles is worth 1 point. The team with the most points wins.
