1v1 | Activating Mini-Goals

  • Process

    As soon as the coach plays the ball into the center of the field, one player from each team (green and red in the graphic) runs towards the ball.

    The players are only allowed to score on the mini-goal, if they have successfully dribbled through the cone goal (2m width).

    The players are allowed to score on all of the four mini-goals, even the ones that are further away from their original starting point.


    Instead of a 1v1, this game can alternatively be played in a 2v2.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

    • Dribble with the foot that is further away from the opponent

    • Use body feints and change in speed to get away from the opponent

    • Be quick when shooting on the mini-goal
