3 teams with four players each will be formed.
2 teams will face each other in a 4v4, while the other four players will complete the diverse coordination drills in the exercise course.
There will be a 2 minute break after 5 minutes, where teams can also be rotated in or out.
Every team will complete in 4 games.
Coaching Points:
• high intensity and counterpress
• Exercise course:
Slow jog behind the goals, followed by a run with higher intensity.
The coordination exercises will be completed on the other length-side of the field.
Perform the drills with intensity and precision.
