• 1 big goal (with goalkeeper)
• 6 cones: Set up two dribbling goals and one passing goal at the halfway line
The blue and the red team play against each other in a 6v6.
Team blue consists of a back-four and two defensive midfielders, while the red team plays with four midfielders and two strikers (both derived from the 4-4-2 formation).
The red team starts the drill and has 15 seconds to run the attack and finish on goal.
After winning the ball, the players of the blue team can score a point by either dribbling through the two outer cone goals or by passing the ball into the small passing goal in the middle of the field.
