• 2 mini-goals (1 goalkeeper)
• mark attacking zone in front of the penalty area
Player next to the mini-goals (Offensive midfielder) starts dribbling with the ball and passes it to his teammate (striker), who has his back turning towards the goal.
Before receiving the ball, the striker creates himself space by quickly showing in the space.
He will then go into a 1v1 attacking sequence against a defender.
If the defender wins the ball, he can counter by scoring into one of the two mini-goals.
Coaching Points:
• watch for striker's positioning (perform quick movement/ body feint to get open)
• Striker should be positioned, so that he can take his first touch past the defender and finish with the second or third touch
