Competition - Dribbling Course I

  • Organisation

    • 2 x 7 poles/ cones

    • 2 x 2-4 coordination rings

  • Process

The training equipment will be placed as shown in the graphic.

Two teams will complete the slalom course in a dribbling competition.

The first player of each team starts into the dribbling course.

The next player can start as soon as the player before him returns.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

The number of cones/ poles and the distance between them depends on the skill level of the players.

It is important that the players complete the drill as fast as possible.

An incentive could be that the loosing team has to undergo a specific punishment (sprint training, strength or weight training drills, etc.)
