Process
The game starts with the player outside of the field, who passes the ball to a teammate.
Inside the two smaller fields, the teams will each play 3v3 matches.
The attacking team has to try to create a goal-scoring opportunity or in the best case score.
If the defenders manage to win the ball, they have to play it back to the neutral player positioned on the outside of the field immediately.

Tip
Coaching Points:
• Complete as many 1v1 duels as possible
• Defenders: Man-marking, don't give opposition time to turn, pass, or shoot
