Slalom Dribbling and Finishing

  • Organisation

    • 1 goal

    • 10 cones

    • 8 hurdles

    • 8 balls

    • 8-9 players

  • Process

2 x 4 players dribble through the slalom cones with their right and then with their left foot.

At the last cone, the players do a body feint and then finish on goal.

On the way back, players pass the ball underneath the first hurdle and then on the side of the next hurdles.

    Variation:

Players should try dribbling through the cones only with the weak foot, tight dribbling and try to score with the weak foot as well.

  • Tip

    Coaching Points:

Try to dribble and shoot with your weak foot as well, to be able to play using both feet
